So finally got the render business sorted.
The small little colour section above the window was painted a dark olive colour. This was not in the original plans. The builder just decided to paint it that colour so "it wouldn't get dirty" afterwards. Sorry Mr, but that's not what was in the contract and was agreed on.
So now its now a yellow/beige colour and the facade looks better now.
