Hi-Ho, Hi-Ho, off the way we goooo!

Today we organised:

• Our independent inspector
• Asked for a copy of the building permit plan
• Got approval for the first homer's grant - masssive whooooo hoooo!! KACHING, KACHING!
• Spoke to our Site Supervisor (Paul) and queried the neighbours land which is currently looking like it is higher than normal. Essentially,  this looks like we may need to get retaining walls so the neighbours soil is not compromised (and so their house doesnt lean bcos of the low compact soil/height of our land). Hopefully this doesnt become an issue when the slab goes in (apparently next Monday - if things go according to plan).  You'll see in the picture below the different levels of the land.
