We met a really cool JP today at the local police station. He was the best Ive ever seen in a long while. He took careful consideration of all of our paperwork, and was very inquisitive too. Turns out he use to be an engineer architect - boy did his knowledge come in handy :)
Shook the man for his time and service - it took him 1 hr to sign and certify the paperwork for the bank.
A big thank you also to my witness who signed all the legal bank paperwork too :)!
Now just waiting on the last building permit from the council - yee ha!
