So prior to our "Presentation Day" we did our own little pre-inspection. A little birdie left the key in the keyhole that allowed us to enter the house.
We found so many red stickers, marking things that needed fixing.
It was red dot galore, and here are some pictures to prove it.
A strip of paint wasnt applied properly here.
They forgot to plaster and smooth here.
They forgot a little screw here.
A bit of pain drab there.
The render is starting to show breakout and small dots are appearing darker...
Uneven surface.
And other minor defects here and there.
